John 14: 6 Jesus answered him, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no one goes to the Father except by me.
John 8:32 You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
Verse 34— Jesus said to them, “I am telling you the truth: everyone who sins is a slave of sin.”
Verse 36—If the Son sets you free, then you will be really free.
Jesus is our way to the kingdom of heaven; he is the life because through him and his sacrifice, we will have everlasting life. In the first verse, he says he is the truth. The second verse tells us that we will know the truth, and the truth will set us free. So, how exactly do we get to know Jesus, the truth?

Let’s go back to the beginning once more.
God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) = the Word.
Jesus is the Word. We know that the Bible is the Word of God, therefore, in order to know the truth, we must know the Word and in this way, we get to know Jesus. Once we know the truth, through the Word, we will be set free from sin.
Galatians 5: 1 Freedom is what we have—Christ has set us free! Stand, then, as free people, and do not allow yourselves to be slaves again.
