John 11: 25 “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me will live even though they die; and all those who live and believe in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
John 7:37-39 On the last and most important day of the Festival Jesus stood up and said in a loud voice, “Whoever is thirsty should come to me, and whoever believes in me should drink. As the scripture says, ‘Streams of life-giving water will pour out from his side.’” Jesus said this about the Spirit, which those who believed in him were going to receive.
As earlier observed, Jesus is our path to everlasting life because he died on the cross that we may be saved from our sins. It is only through our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior that we may enter the Kingdom of heaven. Also, the Holy Spirit, whom we know to also be God the Father and the Son—Jesus, is described as life-giving. It doesn’t get any clearer.
